Everyone has the right to live and participate in their community to the best of their ability. We  strive to ensure that all persons with disabilities will be encouraged and taught the essential tools for a successful life.

The waivered services we provide are Agency Companion, Daily Living Supports (DLS), Habilitation Training Specialist (HTS), Home Maker, Supported Living, Employment Training Specialist (ETS), Community Based Pre-vocational, Center Based Pre-vocational  Job Stabilization, Job Coach, Community Transition, In Home Support and Transportation. We also have the Community Transition contract. 

In order to provide these services we employ and hire qualified staff to teach and train in all aspects of the individual’s needs and goals. In order to be successful all persons need to learn the concepts of maintaining their own home, buying their own home, paying their own bills, managing their own money, and having successful employment. We provide all individuals the needed tools through on going training to accomplish this. We believe all individuals need to have self worth through employment. We hire and train qualified job coaches that teach the skills needed to be successful in a community based job. We provide transportation services for all of our individuals as stated in the DDSD policy.

The counties we serve are; Carter, Cleveland, Garvin, Murray, Pontotoc, Pittsburg, Pottawatomie and Stephens.
