The positions we employ are Habilitation Specialist Trainer (HTS), Job Coach and Employment Training Specialists (ETS).

No prior training is required but preferred. You must be able to pass background checks and have no felony on your record.

We hire TRAINERS not providers. A trainer is someone who teaches someone something, a provider is someone who does for someone and teaches them to be helpless.
